Everything Eleanor

Today's card is inspired right out of our Stampin Up! catalog.  I took the flourish stamp and first stamped in basic black ink and then stamped off on a piece of scratch paper then right onto the crumb cake cardstock to give the background a lighter look.  Then take the flower and bird stamp and stamp in basic black right on top of the flourish design.  I colored in the center of the one flower with our stampin up! white uni-glo pen.

Good morning!  With all the trends in pallet boards I thought I might try and make a pallet card.   This is made with our Hardwood stamp.  I stamped it once on a piece of Sahara Sand cardstock, then again on another piece and cut out the two cross pallets.  They are adhered with stampin dimensionals.  I added our candy dots in neutrals color soft suede for the nails.

Products Used:
Cardstock- Sahara Sand, In Colors printed patterns
Stamp Sets- Hardwood, Really Good Greetings
Accessories- Candy Dots in neutral, small scallop punch, sponge daubers for shading, linen thread

Be sure and check the retired stamp and accessory list as you have until June 1st to order any of these products from the catalog.

Well it's friday!  the week has just flown by!
Wanted to share this card with you today.  Wahoooooo!
it's the weekend!
The base of this card is the stamp called Off the Grid.  It's one of our stamp sets that will be retiring come June 1st.  So if you have thought about purchasing it, you may want to before the end of the month.  I love to use it to fill in backgrounds of cards.  I even used it to add texture to the wood essential heart used here.

Graduation Goodies

Graduations are just around the corner and what cute little favor to make up for your graduation parties.  Once you open the cap inside you'll find some chocolate kisses and a stamped message for the graduate!

How do you make these?
I used the plastic container leftover from our button collections.
Pick your school colors and go to town!
I measured the bottom half at 1/2" x 7 and glued it with Tombow glue.  The cap is cut at 3" x 3".  I punched a hole in the top and used a black brad and baker's twine to make the tassel.  Simply cut yourself a 4" piece of baker's twine and tie a knot in the end.  Fluff the end up a bit and attach to the top of the cap with the brad.
How fun is that!
